	What is the quality of the Copies?
	The copies will be exact duplicates of your original disc. Our robotic state-of-the-art system checks each copy against the original and automatically rejects disc's with errors or flaws.

	How many copies can you make from my original?
	We can make an unlimited number of perfect copies from your master disc without any loss of quality.

	What formats of CD's can you duplicate?
	We can make copies of: Audio CD * Video CD * Photo CD * CD-I CD-R * CD ROM * Multimedia CD * CD Plus (Enhanced Audio CD's) Click here for a complete list of supported disc formats.

	Does the price include labels or printing on the Disc?
	Custom printing is included on every disc. You can choose from many Graphics, Company Logos and Full Color Backgrounds. You can also use your own artwork and we'll custom print it directly onto the disc. Click Here for more info.

	How should I ship my master disc to you for duplication?
	Disc's should be placed in a padded shipper or corrugated box.

	If I have 2 or more disks that need to be duplicated, can I combine the total number of disks for a better quantity price?
	We treat each disk sent in as it's own separate order. Each disk needs to have it's own printing, packaging, etc. If you do have multiple disks needing duplication and they are sent in at the same time, we will discount the shipping to the total dollar amount of the order so you will save money.

	How do you send the copies back to me?
	Once your order is processed and ready for shipping, we will e-mail you the FedEx tracking number(s) for your packages(s). This will enable you to know exactly where your order is at all times.

	Are Disc Sleeves included in the price of duplication?
	Yes. White sleeves with a see-thru window come with each disc ordered. See our Disc Packaging Page for other options.

	How long does it take to get my material back?
	Orders are processed and shipped usually within 24 hours.

	How can I get my original material copyrighted & protected against unauthorized copying, duplication or distribution?
	We apply copy protection to disc's being duplicated, free of charge. This protects you against fraudulent use and pirating of your material. To obtain a copyright and further protection, please see our Copyright Info page. It has a lot of info on taking the right steps in order to obtain and enforce a "Copyright".

	What forms of payment do you accept for Disc Duplication?
	We accept checks, money orders and all major credit cards.

	How should I fill out the order form?
	Neatly print or type. A signature is required on all orders.

	Do you ship worldwide?
	At the present time we only process orders from within the United States. Any orders received from outside the U.S. will be refused and returned to the sender. This is mainly because of high shipping rates and the fact that it is hard for us to guarantee delivery and the quality of orders shipped to other countries.

	What happens if I get a defective Disc?
	All copies are guaranteed against defects for 30 days. If you are not absolutely pleased with your order we will be happy to make an exchange or refund (less original S&H). Simply return the item to us within 30 days via registered Parcel Post, Federal Express or UPS. For more information, see our Returns Policy.
