exact duplicates of your original disc. Our state-of-the-art robotic system checks each
copy against the original and automatically rejects disc's with errors or flaws. |

many copies can you make from my original? |

We can make an
unlimited number of perfect copies from your master disc without any loss of quality. |

What
formats of DVD's can you duplicate from/use as a master? |

We can make copies
of ANY DVD (DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD-RW, DVD-RAM, Mini DVD, Mini DVD-RW), as long as it does not have copy protection enabled on
your master. We can even duplicate from Mini DVD's and copy them
onto a full size DVD-R's. |

I
burn my masters on DVD+R. Can you make copies of that also? |

We can make copies
from DVD+R, but the disks that you receive back will be DVD-R,
which is currently the most compatible format for DVD players
around the world. |

Does the price include
labels or printing on the Disc? |
|
Custom
printing is included on every disc. You can choose from many Graphics,
Company
Logos and Full
Color Backgrounds. You can also use your own artwork and we'll

is the best colors for the printing on the disks? |
|
In
most cases, colored graphics & text against a white background
looks the best and has the sharpest detail & contrast. |

What's
the best way for me to show you how to print my disc's? |

Print
out our Disc Template.
Roughly draw your graphics and text on it. Send it along with your
order so we have an idea how you want the disc's printed.
(Note: You will need Acrobat Reader to view and print the Template
file). |

How
should I ship my master disc to you for duplication? |
|
Disc's should be
placed in a padded shipper or corrugated box. |
|
|
How
do you send my order back to me? Can I track it online? |
|
Once
your order is processed and ready for shipping, we will e-mail you
the FedEx tracking number(s) for your packages(s). This will
enable you to know exactly where your order is at all times. |

Are
Sleeves included in the price of duplication? |
|
Yes.
Each disc ordered comes in a white sleeve with a see-thru window.

If
I have "Chapter" , "Tracks" or "Menus"
on my original
disc, will the copies have them as well? |
|
Yes. All Chapter,
Track and Menu information is transferred to the copies along with
any other data on the original discs. |

are processed and
shipped usually within 24 hours.

How can I get my
original material copyrighted & protected against unauthorized copying, duplication or
distribution? |

forms of payment do you accept for Disc Duplication? |

We accept checks, money
orders and all major credit cards. |

How
should I fill out the order form? |
|
Neatly print or type. A
signature is required on all orders. |

What
happens if I get a defective Disc? |
|
All copies are
guaranteed against defects for 30 days. If
you are not absolutely pleased with your order
we
will be happy to make an exchange or refund (less
original S&H).
Simply
return the item to us within 30 days via registered Parcel Post,
Federal Express or UPS. For more information, see our Returns

Can
you convert or transfer a DVD that's from another country (Region
2-6) and in the PAL or SECAM system? |
|
Yes... we can convert a
region 2 - 6, PAL or SECAM DVD and make a region 1, NTSC
(American) system DVD that can be played on any set top DVD

time we only process orders from within the United States. Any
orders received from outside the U.S. will be refused and returned
to the sender. This is mainly because of high shipping rates and
the fact that it is hard for us to guarantee delivery and the
quality of orders shipped to other countries. |
