The purchase order Must be on an official
letterhead or purchase order form from your agency or school system and must include a
contact name and phone number. All information will be verified prior to an order being
shipped. Terms are Net-30. A finance
charge of 1 1/2% per month (18% annually) will be added to all accounts past due. If
account is placed for collection, collection agency and/or attorney's fees will be added
to amount owed.
